Here are a few of my tips for you in 2025:

Laugh every day.

On a daily basis write down three things you want to accomplish in a day.

Write down three different things every day.

Make sure you accomplish at least two of them.

Spend ten minutes in complete silence each day (no phones, laptop, text).

Make sure you drink eight glasses of water a day, eat fruits and vegetables.

Meditate.

Sleep for at least seven hours and go to bed at the same time each day.

Laugh some more.

Feel your feelings.

Spend time with friends and others you care about.

Spend time alone.

Expect the unexpected.

Plan ahead.

Exercise daily.

Have sex at least a dozen times a year.

Write every day.

Get into local politics find out how things work in your neighborhood.

Create.

Organize.

Make music your long lost friend.

Treasure every moment you have.

Smile at a stranger.

Love yourself.

Love someone.

Look in the mirror at yourself and smile every day.

Get an annual check up and monitor your health.

Read one book every month.

Reduce time on social media and limit time staring at screens.

Make junk food a sworn enemy or a disease you must not catch.

Contact someone you haven’t in a long time and check in with them.
